At Anatolia Bite, we proudly ship our freshly prepared baklava directly from Turkey to customers worldwide using DHL Express for fast and reliable international delivery.

Order Processing Time
All orders are prepared fresh and processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship all orders via DHL Express International.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 1–3 business days

  • North America: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of the world: 2–5 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
As all orders are shipped from Turkey, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Customs Delays
While we work with DHL to ensure fast delivery, delays may occur due to customs clearance processes.
Anatolia Bite is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to pay customs duties

We may not be able to reship perishable items. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel orders to certain destinations if shipping conditions or regulations make delivery unsafe or unreliable.
