All products are handmade food items (baklava) prepared and shipped from Turkey.
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but we do not guarantee that all details (including color or presentation) will be exactly as shown.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in British Pound Sterling (GBP) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped internationally from Turkey. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Shipping carriers

  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Order Accuracy
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
